School, City / State / Zip, Dates Attended The applicant must request the registrar of your graduating high school, college, university and seminary (including junior colleges, institutes and schools you have attended) to send an official transcript directly to the Admissions or Registrar's Office. If the coursework at the institution has not yet been completed, another transcript must be filed as soon as possible after the completion of those courses.

SCU’s admission policy recommends all students to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This includes a definite salvation experience and Christian lifestyle, including regular church attendance. While SCU is open to students of diverse Christian faiths, university teachings and lifestyle guidelines are in accordance with the doctrine of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. A copy of the IPHC Articles of Faith is available upon request.
