Hamilton to be Honored for Decades of Service

Southwestern Christian University will honor Mr. Wallace Hamilton, with a ribbon cutting ceremony as SCU renames the administration building to the Wallace Hamilton Administration Building on April 20, 2018 at 10 am.

“Hamilton has served SCU faithfully for almost three decades,” said Brad Davis, Vice President of Student Services and Dean of Students. “His dedication and love for SCU will never be forgotton.”

After 27 years of faithful service to Southwestern Christian University, Hamilton officially retired last spring from his position as Vice President of Fiscal Affairs and Site Planning, as well as Chief Financial.

“Wallace is a true servant,” said President Dr. Reggies Wenyika. “I had the pleasure of working with Wallace and he was our strength and rock. You always knew that Wallace loved you and he loved the students.”

We would like to invite friends, family and our community to this naming ceremony outside of the administration building at 7210 NW 39th Expressway, Bethany, Oklahoma. The ceremony will begin with a welcome from President Wenyika, followed with songs performed by One Voice. Dr. Jon Chasteen from Victory Church will then make the presentation as we cut the ribbon.
