IT Help Desk

The SCU IT Help Desk provides support to students, faculty, staff, and members of the university community on a variety of technology-related topics.  Support includes, but is not limited to:

  • operating systems
  • software applications
  • networking
  • personal computer security
  • consulting on technology purchases

Support is available by telephone, email, online chat and in person.
Normal hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
