Online Application Instructions

 

Before  you submit your online application, be sure to read through

all the steps below!

  1. Students with previous college coursework should submit official transcripts from all previous colleges or universities attended. (Each transcript must be submitted directly to the SCU registrar’s office in a sealed envelope to be considered official.) All official transcripts should be sent to: registrar@swcu.edu
  2. We require a form of government-issued photo ID,  a driver's license, or a passport for ID verification.
  3. If there is no previous college credit, then one must submit an official High School Transcript (must have a minimum of 2.0 cumulative GPA) OR a Passing GED Score Report (the applicant's high school class must have graduated prior to the application date).
  4. Please read over and apply for scholarships here -  SCU Scholarships & Discounts
  5. Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our school code is: 003180. Contact our Financial Aid Office for any questions, 405-789-7661  X2238, finaid@swcu.edu

  6. Please wait 1-2 weeks for acceptance correspondence from the Online Professional Studies office. If you need to follow up, please reach out at online@swcu.edu or 405-789-7661 X2251.
